RECENTLY, A VARIETY OF PEOPLE, NOT ONLY COMPANIES AND INDIVIDUALS, HAVE BEEN PURCHASING GOODS FROM OVERSEAS. TODAY, DUE TO THE INFLUENCE OF SITES SUCH AS BUYMA, EVEN INDIVIDUALS ARE PURCHASING LARGE QUANTITIES OF BRAND-NAME GOODS FROM EUROPE.
VAT REFUND
If you want to refund an invoice for purchased overseas goods, you cannot do so if you purchased the goods as an individual.
In other words, for Louis Vuitton bags, you can deduct (refund) if your company has a formal wholesale contract with Louis Vuitton and the invoice is for the purchase of goods. On the other hand, please note that invoices purchased at stores are not refundable.
